UK Delivery

International

  • Delivery charges vary by weight and will be shown at checkout
  • Unfortunately we cannot ship to the U.S.A, Hong Kong, China or Japan at this time - but hope to soon

We accept full refunds/replacement under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives in a faulty condition
  • The product is no longer wanted on arrival and is in original condition, unused

Ball Launcher cannot be held accountable for fair use and wear including:

  • General scratches, scuffs and chips from fair use
  • Firing wheel rubber degradation (this will naturally occur over time, they are replaceable and typically have an 18-24 month lifespan)
  • General rubber degradation on trolley wheels
  • Natural battery degradation over time (your battery should operate at a peak capacity for a 2+ year lifespan and are replaceable)
  • Natural degradation of electronics within control panel over time (they are replaceable, and covered in our 12 month warranty)

Every launcher comes with a 12 month component warranty which covers:

  • Failure of all mechanical components
  • Failure of all electronic components

Your 12 month warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear under our fair use area above

Maintenance

Terms & conditions of returns:

  • The product or faulty component must be returned and inspected before any refund/replacement can be approved
  • If a product or component is faulty on arrival or during the 12 month warranty period, Ball Launcher will cover shipment costs
  • If a product or component is faulty outside of the 12 month warranty period, the customer must cover shipment costs
  • If you simply no longer want the product on arrival, and there is no fault, the customer must cover shipment costs
